"Daze" is an original artwork by Katherine Cusack. This is when the light breaks through a misty morning across the land at Brooloo Park Camping Grounds, near Imbil QLD.
This is apart of Katherine's collection where she explores the many magnificent trees we can all discover in the outdoors. How rare to find a tree allowed to grow to maturity without clipping and pruning. Or to find a tree standing alone in a field free to grow up and out, ahhhh that is a free tree!
The techniques used here lean into working with the beautiful texture of the raw linen. The linen enhances the vibrancy of the colours used.
